Description
These tasty little meat loaves are chock full of cheese and topped with a sweet glaze. These go great with Cheesy Potatoes!
Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees
BEAT 1 egg
and 1/2 C milk
in a bowl.
STIR in 1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 4 oz)
, 1/2 C oats
, 1/2 C finely chopped onion
, and 1 t salt
.
FORM into 8 loaves and place on a foil lined, greased, shallow baking dish.
COMBINE 2/3 C ketchup
, 1/3 C light brown sugar
, and 1-1/2 t mustard
, then spoon over loaves.
BAKE uncovered at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes
or until the meat is no longer pink.
